Until now We at Oryza have focused our efforts on evaluating and manufacturing the physiological active substances found in rice bran and the effective uses of minute component amounts. In particular, increases in the usage of Gamma Aminobutyric Acid for food products has seen the removal of the cause of oil oxidation in oil separation by means of a low temperature extracting technology (patented in 1982). Although Gamma Aminobutyric Acid accounts for only 25 to 30 milligrams per 100 grams of rice germ, our Research and Development department has succeeded in extracting upwards of 350 to 400 milligrams, an incredible increase. However, this is actually an accomplishment which will allow us to contribute to peoples' health by means of large-scale production from the previously mentioned minute component amounts.
Merging nature with technology allows her power to be recycled and reveals her other hidden powers.
Production using minute component amounts is possible by constantly repeating single actions. such as extracting, concentrating, distillation, separation, emulsification etc. Oryza is currently producing components with modern equipment backed by our years of experience. Quality equipment is the key to this process because we create components of a delicate nature. We even share our production technology with society through OEM and consignment production.
